I bought this for my daughter's car. I make sure I have a service manual for each of the cars in the family. They are essential for DIY maintenance and also to make sure mechanics do not try to snow you when you have to pay for repairs or service. Knowledge is powerful. Also, Honda are notorious for "unique" service requirements - fluids, fittings, techniques, etc. I have relied on Haynes manuals for decades for many different vehicles. They are not comprehensive and the photos are sometimes not helpful / informative enough but they are valuable for most routine maintenance, service guidance and DIY repairs. If you do not have one for your car, I suggest that you get one and scan / read it. At a minimum, you will know your car better.

99% of the pictures describe the early model of the car, my Honda Fit is a 2013 model so I am dissapointed. The text on the manual is comprehensive and it differentiates the early model procedures from the later models with subtitles in different paragraphs. It's good material as expected, this isn't my first manual and probably won't be the last.

Great pics and descriptions. My only improvement would be to put the information in the reading instead of telling you to refer to another place in the manual Example...it would take less time on my part, and less words on your part, when telling me in the radiator maintenance section that one gallon of fluid is required right there instead of tell me to "refer to sec so and so."

Exactly what I needed. Other reviews were right, there is much more information/pictures for the earlier years that this manual covers. My Fit is a 2013, so you kind of have to know what you're looking for instead of trusting the pictures.

This should come in handy on repairs to my wife's 2013 Fit. It's been a while since I used Haynes manuals.I wish there was an official Honda factory repair manual available though, like there is for my Nissan Altima--much better and more comprehensive!

I realize they are trying to pack a lot of information into a small space, but the one thing I really dislike about this manual is the constant back and forth I have to do. Would be great to have an online version so you can open tabs up for everything you need in the order you them in. Otherwise, it's good to go.

Another very complete manual. I like that Haynes adds color photos of bad spark plugs and what causes them, for quick basic troubleshooting. If you're looking to work on a car yourself, this is a must have.

Book arrived quickly using PRIME. Very detailed and covers most areas of the car beyond just basics.

This book is a discussion of Christian fundamentalism and about how this movement has distorted the message of Christ. The discussion about fundamentalism in this book is not about critiquing fundamentalism from outside the faith, but from within, from other voices about what Christianity has been in the past and what it has become. The book is a little hard to summarize in this review, because the book itself is a kind of summary. I gather that it might be used in a classroom setting, since the author is a professor. There is a section on biblical inerrancy which discusses the fundamentalism claim that the Bible is free from historical and logical errors. The author examines this claim from a number of angles, showing how many religious figures who influenced the development of Christianity did not believe in biblical inerrancy, how the bible itself does not really claim inerrancy for itself, and how there are a number of examples of various kinds of errors that are fairly easy to verify. He goes further, too, in why fundamentalism still feels this kind of absolutism is important and what it does to shape Christianity in a certain direction, justifying a kind of intolerance within a religion that is meant to be gentle, loving, and forgiving in its orientation. The style of the author is not about trying to prove fundamentalism wrong, though there is ample critique that can be taken in this light, but more to open up a dialogue or discussion about what Christianity means and how fundamentalism may or may not be serving this. Much of the discussion is rooted in modern history, tracking parts of the lives of some fundamentalist leaders. Some of the discussion is about different historical perspectives about how Christianity and the Bible arose. The book reads well and smoothly, and opens up what I feel is an important discussion. For those who are outside of Christianity, the book can illuminate some of the struggles going on inside Christianity now and illuminate what is going on in the right wing political world.
