Nice book.
Hello,This is a awesome book for Dutch oven begginers and really any level. I wish had discovered this book when I started out. The seasoning and cleaning guides are well explained and easy to follow. Yeah my first attempts on my own didn't turn out so hot, if I had this book back then, it would have saved a lot of time and heartache.I really love how it covers on your coal usage and that each recipe shows you exactly where to place your coals and by the diagrams next to it. None of my other books go into this detailAll the recipes are tasty and ones you would make on a campout or really any meal at home. I love cooking with cast iron and the book goes into a lot of the history of Dutch cooking and the various forms you can use them in. I'm going to go find some legless pots now so I can cook more with my inside oven.I promise you that you love this book!
